General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased directly at the hotel reception, by phone on +33 2 23 43 26 00, or by e-mail at adresse@brithotel.fr.

After payment, they are sent free of charge by e-mail.
To make your gift even more special, you can also choose one of our elegant gift cards, available for free collection at the reception of Brit Hotel St Méen en Brocéliande – Bel Air – 35290 Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle, or sent by post for a contribution of €3 towards postage costs.

Each gift voucher can be used according to the conditions stated directly on it: validity period, days of use, selected included services, and subject to availability and prior booking.

Each gift voucher can be used only once. It is non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and cannot give rise to any cash refund, including in the event of partial use or consumption of a service with a value lower than the amount of the voucher.

As a commercial gesture, the establishment may, however, agree, at the customer’s prior request and subject to the hotel’s express approval, to the partial and occasional replacement of an extra or optional service included in the gift voucher with another service offered by the establishment.

For example, if the beneficiary does not wish to enjoy the breakfast included in their stay and informs the hotel no later than the day before, the corresponding value* may be transferred to another purchase, such as a meal at the restaurant or a product from our Pause Bretonne shop.
If the chosen service has a higher value, the beneficiary must pay the difference directly on site. If it has a lower value, no refund will be made.

*As this is a gift voucher, the package generally benefits from a special rate. The “corresponding value” of the unused extra may therefore be lower than the public unit price displayed on site. In the event of an exchange granted as a commercial gesture, only the amount actually paid may be transferred to another purchase, not the displayed unit price.

It is possible to use the gift voucher on a different day of the week from the day or days mentioned on the voucher. In this case, if the applicable rate on the day of the stay is higher, the beneficiary must pay the supplement directly on site.

Gift vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher. After this date, they are in principle no longer valid. However, the establishment may, on an exceptional commercial basis and subject to availability, agree to extend the validity period by a maximum of two additional months. This extension is subject to payment of any difference between the rate paid when the gift voucher was purchased and the rate in force on the day of the new booking, with a minimum €15 administration fee.
